Project Description

Metro Studios is a newly renovated apartment community Located in the heart of San Diego offering micro-studios style aparments.

Services Provided

Kong Mechanical installed seven LG VRF High-Efficiency systems consisting of 125 indoor units. Kong was in charge of all duct work, refrigerant line and communication wire install for two, four story buildings, to include 97 studio apartments total. We also provided start-up and commissioning, air distribution, communication wiring and thermostats, refrigerant piping, and insulation.
