GEN 5 FERTILITY CLINIC + LABORATORY FACILITY

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

GEN 5 Fertility is a private clinical and laboratory facility, offering advanced and specialty fertility procedures to patients in a modern and inviting space. Kong Mechanical installed 20 High-Efficiency Trane water source heat pumps, two Daikin heat pump systems consisting of five indoor units. Kong also provided start-up and commissioning services including installing life Aire Hepa Filter system for medical procedure rooms and labs.  

Services Provided

Kong oversaw all duct work, condenser water line, refrigerant line and insulation, installation including final test and balance of the systems.  We also provided start-up and commissioning, air distribution, communication wiring and thermostats, refrigerant piping, and insulation.
