On-Call Maintenance

Level Office’s provides several dozen executive office spaces in a co-working and collaborative environment. The offices spans across six floors complete with conference rooms, kitchen/bartista stations, and a host of amenities on the bottom and roof levels. 

Kong Mechanical is currently in charge of service and maintenance of various types of HVAC equipment including a chiller, two LG VRF system, two traditional split system, 10 indoor package unit, four air handlers, two exhaust fan, and four rooftop package unit. We are responsible for complete demolition and Installation of duct work for custom homes, office buildings, medical buildings, multifamily dwellings.
